Zirconium Silicate beads are manufactured from world-class premium zircon (ZrSiO4) mineral in a special high temperature sintering process. Because of its outstanding breakage resistance and the advantageous price, this medium density bead is particularly suitable for applied in grinding and dispersing such materials as calcium carbonate, kaolin, GCC, magnetic band, titanium dioxide, coating and paint.Compared with alumina and glass balls, zirconium silicate grinding beads have the advantages of low abrasiveness and high toughness.
