Description:
Silicon nitride ceramic balls are precision ceramics sintered at high temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. It has high strength, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can be used for in seawater for a pretty long time with good electrical and magnetic insulation. Its density is only 3.20g/cm3 which is almost 1/3 of the weight of bearing steel, and this makes it has small eccentric force and can achieve high speed rotation. with the property of self-lubricating, it can be used under the environment where there is no lubricating medium and has high pollution, thus makes it the first choice for ceramic bearings and hybrid ceramic ball bearings.
