Description:
Si3N4The density of ceramic is3.20g/cm3,Much lower density than bearing steel 7.85g/cm3,Therefore, the ceramic rolling elements can effectively resist the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation and reduce the load of the rolling elements. At the same time, the rotation and sliding between the rolling element and the raceway can be reduced, and it has a beneficial effect on preventing surface damage. Ceramic ball bearings do not need to add lubricating grease frequently, and the characteristics of sensitive rotation, fast starting, good inertia and long life are fully reflected.
